The KB alters the code responsible for the Deadlock and also resolves the UDP connection issues seen when using Workspot Client to connect to virtual desktop. This Deadlock issue also impacts Workspots UDP connections through RD Gateways. MSFT has released Cumulative Update for a known RD Gateway Deadlock issue in their RD Gateway Service.
